Plain terms, written to describe what actually happens. Nothing here is copied from a template, and no clause is included that does not apply to this business.

What VulaPhumelela provides
VulaPhumelela designs and builds websites for local businesses, sets up their online business profiles, and offers an optional monthly care plan covering hosting, updates, support and security checks.
Prices
The prices advertised on this site are the full price for the work described:
- Website: R3,500 once-off
- Business Foundation: R1,000 once-off
- Website and Foundation together: R4,500 once-off
- Website Care Plan: R450 per month, optional
Anything outside the described scope is quoted in writing and agreed before the work starts. There are no fees that are not discussed with you first.
What is included in the care plan
Hosting, content and price updates, support, security checks, and your yearly domain renewal. The care plan is month to month. You can cancel at any time and you keep both the domain and the site files.
Ownership
You own your domain and your website. The domain is registered in your name. If you stop working with VulaPhumelela, the site files are handed over to you and you are free to move them anywhere.
What you are responsible for
You supply the business details, photographs and any text you want used, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. You approve the site before it goes live. You remain responsible for the accuracy of prices, claims and service descriptions shown on your own website.
No guarantee of outcomes
VulaPhumelela does not guarantee any number of enquiries, customers, search rankings or revenue. A website and a properly set up Google listing make a business easier to find and easier to contact. What follows from that depends on your pricing, your service and many factors outside anyone's control.
Service availability
Websites depend on third-party hosting, domain and network providers. Those services can fail or change. VulaPhumelela will work to restore a site promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for downtime caused by a third-party provider.
Confidentiality
Information you share in order to build your site is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to anyone else. A written confidentiality agreement can be signed before work begins if you want one.
AI call-answering
VulaPhumelela also offers an AI call-answering service as a separate, secondary product. It performs administrative call intake only. It does not provide legal, tax, financial or any other regulated professional advice, and any demonstration of it is illustrative. That service is quoted separately and is not covered by the website prices above.
Ending the arrangement
Either side can end the arrangement. The once-off build fee covers work already done and is not refundable once building has started. The care plan can be stopped at the end of any paid month.
